Eron’s Feature Quote

“A loan, a property, an insurance policy and an investment should never be looked at in isolation. Every financial decision affects the next one.”

Vision

Create options before you need them.

Financing is rarely just about getting a loan.

For a business owner, it could determine whether the company has enough working capital to take on its next opportunity.

For a property owner, the way a mortgage is structured can affect cash flow, investment capacity and eventually the decision of when to refinance, unlock capital or exit the property.

And for an individual or family, every liability ultimately sits alongside another question: if income stops tomorrow, does the financial plan still work?

This is where Eron's approach is different.

With over five years of experience in the loan and financing industry, Eron works with individuals, property owners and business owners to look beyond individual financial products and understand how their financing decisions fit into their wider financial position.

His career began in an unexpected place, as a Software Engineer within a mortgage advisory firm. Working at the intersection of technology, mortgages and financial services gave him an analytical, systems-based way of approaching financial problems.

He subsequently moved into sales and financial advisory, expanding his experience across property financing, business financing, insurance protection and wealth planning.

Since entering the insurance industry in 2020, Eron has developed his practice around one central idea:

Everything is connected.

A business loan affects cash flow.
A mortgage affects disposable income.
Insurance protects the ability to meet those commitments.
Investments determine what happens to the surplus.

Rather than treating each decision separately, Eron looks at how the different pieces work together.

His Three Core Areas

Capital should support the business, not constrain it.

Eron works with business owners to assess their funding requirements and structure financing around the purpose for which the capital is needed.

This may include funding for:

Working capital · Business expansion · Cash-flow management · Equipment and assets · Existing liability restructuring

But obtaining financing is only part of the conversation.

Eron also considers how additional debt affects the company's cash flow, the owner's personal exposure and the financial risks surrounding the business.

Your mortgage is part of your wealth strategy.

Property may be one of a client's largest assets, while the mortgage attached to it may be one of their largest liabilities.

Eron helps property owners look at both sides.

Depending on the client's circumstances, this can involve reviewing opportunities to:

Refinance more efficiently
Improve monthly cash flow
Reduce financing costs
Unlock property value
Restructure liabilities
Prepare for a future property exit

The objective isn't simply to find another mortgage.

It is to understand what the property is supposed to achieve within the client's overall financial plan.

Protect the plan before growing the plan.

Debt creates opportunities, but it also creates obligations.

Eron helps clients assess whether their existing insurance protection is sufficient to preserve their family's or business's financial position should illness, disability or premature death disrupt their plans.

Once the fundamentals are established, he can work with clients on longer-term strategies involving:

Wealth accumulation · Investment planning · Retirement planning · Passive income planning

The goal is to gradually move from simply servicing financial obligations towards building assets capable of supporting future financial independence.

One financial picture. Not five separate products.
